SCALE's main function is to provide the membership with wage and benefit negotiations, and to provide legal representation for issues that arise in the workplace, or that may affect employment, and also for issues that are covered under the SCALE labor contract (MOUs)
Aside from the usual representation benefits, SCALE believes it is important to extend to the membership some added benefits.
