Effective June 21, 2009, a salary adjustment was applied to the 2008-11 Labor Agreement between the County of Sacramento and SCALE covering employees in the Law Enforcement Support Units.
The average percent of year-to-year change in the United State States City Average Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers between March 2008 and March 2009 was 2.9%.

*Member dues rates are calculated at 1% of step 9's bi-weekly rate of pay with no member paying more bi-weekly than the highest paid member of the Peace Officer Unit.
Dues rates increase with each COLA, Job Class change, and equity increase.
All active members shall pay $5.00 per pay period during the first two years of membership to the SCALE Legal Defense Fund. This amount shall be in addition to your current dues. After two years, you may elect to continue or discontine the contribution. The SCALE Legal Defense Fund provides legal services to members and the Association.
