It is important for us to keep our member records up to date.  In order for us to do that, we need your help. 

If you have moved since filling out your first membership application, please use the form below to send us your new mailing address. Also, in order for us to correctly identify you as our member, we will have to ask for the last 4-digits of your Social Security Number.  For security reasons, please provide no more than the last 4-digits.

If you would like to become part of our member email list, please provide your email address.

Keeping the Union current with your mailing address allows us to get important information out to you that can only be sent by US Mail.  Take the time now and let us know of any changes.  Thank you.
